1. Service Scope

Elevon Moving provides residential and commercial moving, long-distance transport, packing and unpacking, furniture transportation, and storage coordination as described in your estimate and service order. Services are limited to the items, locations, dates, and access details provided by the customer and confirmed in writing by Elevon Moving.

2. Estimates and Pricing Transparency

Estimates are based on information provided by the customer regarding inventory, access conditions, distance, and special requirements. Final pricing may adjust if actual conditions differ materially from the information supplied, including but not limited to additional items, heavy or oversized items, long carries, stairs, elevator delays, or restricted access. Elevon Moving will explain any changes before proceeding whenever possible.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Moving dates are reserved upon confirmation. Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible to ensure availability. Cancellations may be subject to fees if made close to the scheduled service date or after resources have been committed. Specific policies will be disclosed in your service order or confirmation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about items, access, and timing.
• Ensure legal access to pickup and delivery locations, including parking and permits.
• Securely store valuables, cash, documents, and irreplaceable items you do not wish to move.
• Notify Elevon Moving of fragile, high-value, or specialty items requiring special handling.

5. Packing and Item Preparation

If packing services are requested, Elevon Moving will pack items using standard materials and methods. Customers must clearly identify items not to be packed. Items should be properly prepared for transport, and appliances or electronics should be disconnected in advance unless otherwise agreed. Hazardous materials, perishable items, and illegal goods are not accepted for transport.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your service order or confirmation. Accepted payment methods and any required deposits will be disclosed prior to service. Late or non-payment may result in delays, storage holds, or additional fees as permitted by law.

7. Limitations of Liability

Elevon Moving exercises reasonable care in handling and transporting items. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and may be governed by the valuation option selected by the customer. Elevon Moving is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from inadequate packing by the customer, pre-existing damage, or items that are inherently fragile.

8. Delays Outside Reasonable Control

Elevon Moving is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate promptly and work to reschedule or complete services as soon as practicable.

9. Claims and Dispute Resolution

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe stated in your service order. Elevon Moving will review claims promptly and in good faith. Disputes should be addressed first through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under applicable state and federal law.
